1. Who we are:

(414) 234-3700, is a licensed exterior remodeling contractor (License #082200823-DC). This policy explains how we handle the information of our customers and prospective customers, including information used to send text messages.
2. Information we collect
We collect and store the following categories of information:
Customer information: names, contact phone numbers (including mobile numbers), email addresses, physical service addresses, project notes, and the contents of estimates and invoices we prepare.
SMS consent records: whether a customer has consented to receive text messages, and the date and source of that consent.
Operational data: job schedules, work orders, material orders, internal tasks, and team assignments.
Authentication data: email addresses and hashed credentials for authorized employees.
QuickBooks integration data: when authorized by an account owner, OAuth tokens used to synchronize invoice and customer records with the connected QuickBooks Online company.
Website lead intake: contact-form submissions (name, contact info, project description).
3. How we use this information
We use the information solely to operate our home-improvement business: contacting prospective and existing customers, sending appointment confirmations and reminders, following up on estimates, providing project updates, conducting two-way customer support by text, preparing and tracking estimates and invoices, scheduling work, and meeting tax and accounting obligations.
4. How we share this information
We do not sell or rent customer information. We share data only with service providers strictly as needed to operate, and only for the purposes below:
Twilio, our messaging service provider, solely to transmit the SMS text messages you have consented to receive.
Supabase, our database and backend hosting provider, for storage.
Intuit / QuickBooks Online, when an account owner has authorized the integration, to synchronize invoice and customer data.
Government agencies or courts, only when legally required.
Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose mobile phone numbers only to our messaging provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you opted in to receive. No mobile opt-in data is shared with any third party for their own use.
5. SMS / text messaging
We send SMS text messages to customers and prospective customers who have provided their mobile number and consent. Message types include appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and bid follow-ups, project status updates, and two-way conversational support.
Consent. We obtain consent verbally when a customer schedules an appointment or requests an estimate by phone, and/or through the SMS consent disclosure shown on our online estimate signature page and customer portal. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase.
Frequency & rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. You can reply
STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or

6. QuickBooks data specifically
When the QuickBooks integration is active, the app uses Intuit's official OAuth flow and accesses only the data necessary for invoice and customer synchronization. The app never stores raw QuickBooks credentials. Tokens are stored encrypted at rest and may be revoked at any time by the account owner.
7. Data retention
We retain customer and operational records as long as they are useful for our business or required by applicable record-keeping law. Account owners can delete records from within the app at any time.
8. Security
